Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
2 Tablespoons boiling water
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons minced onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of pepper
Dash of Tabasco
Parsley flakes (Optional)

Directions

Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Mix all ingredients together and chill until serving time. Garnish with parsley flakes, if desired. Serve with raw vegetables.

Yields: 1 cup
