Smoked Oyster Spread

Ingredients:

2 (3-3/4 ounce) cans smoked oysters, drained

2 (8-ounce) packages softened cream cheese

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

2 to 3 green onions, chopped

Directions:

Chop smoked oysters by hand. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a four-cup mold and chill two to three hours. Unmold, decorate with parsley, and serve with crackers.
